Passport Information

A couple of items in regards to your passports:

1). It is of HIGH importance that I get a copy of your passport, at least one, I can make another. I need to send them into Spokane by March 1. If you did not give me copies at the last meeting please sent them in the mail.

2). If for some reason you do not have your passport yet please e-mail me and let me know so I can pass that information on.

3). Also see the note below regarding passports:

If you or your delegates have not already applied for a passport, we recommend that you apply immediately. We have learned that the processing for passport services could be halted or severely delayed as early as March 4, pending budget approval by the U.S. Congress. You may want to request expedited passport processing, at an additional fee of $60, to ensure the fastest possible return of your passport; you can check current passport processing times here.
If you or your delegates have applied for a passport but not received it yet, it will most likely be processed soon; you can check the status of your application here.
If your delegates already have their passport, please have them log in to OnBoard and add their passport number in their Personal Info under My Account.
